Re: Professional Services Contract for Relocation Assistance Services
Dear Mr. Green
Enclosed please find the signed Professional Services Contract between the City of Huntington

We have made several changes to the contract and initialed the changes. At various places in the
contract we have corrected the spelling of our company name; there is no comma in Paragon
Partners Ltd. Also, on page 4 we changed the Professional Liability Insurance "deductible" from
Ten to Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00). This is the minimum amount our insurance
carrier will allow.
Please return one copy of the fully-executed contract to me for our files.
