What is the appropriate business unit? Will IS need a transfer funds? The amount is$25K. M. From: Molina-Espinoza, Carol Sent: Tuesday, September 15, 2015 12:50 PM To: Warren, Michele; Slobojan, Jim Cc: Farrell, Lori Ann Subject: RE: Professional Services Agreement - Ralph Andersen &Associates Hello Michele! I already discussed this expense with Gwen; she is aware that they will be funding this recruitment. As of today, IS General Fund has$100k available, which is more than sufficient to cover this recruitment request. Also, if this is a FY 2015/2016 expense, it can be encumbered on October 1", and salary savings can be transferred to cover. I hope this helps! Let me know when the expenses will begin to incur. 1
