The land is situated in the State of California, County of Orange, and is described as follows: A Condominium comprised of: PARCEL 1: An undivided one twenty second (1/22) fee simple interest as a tenant in cominon in and to all of the Common.Area defined in Declaration referred to below and described in the Condominium Plan("Plan") for Lot I of Tract No. 14828, which Plan was recorded on August 25, 1994 as Instrument No. 94-0525335 of the Official Records of Orange County, over Lot 1 of Tract No. 14828, in the City of Hunting Beach, County of Orange, State of California, as per map filed in Book 706, Pages 27 through 29 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
