STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Proposals were requested from qualified civil engineering firms to prepare plans and
specifications for the realignment of Fifth Street from the intersection of Fifth and Lake
to Sixth and Orange.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the selection of RMG Engineering, Inc. and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute the attached Consultant Contract for a fee not to exceed $15,400.00.
