A. The City has certain data processing equipment and comput"er opera-j

tors (hereinafter referred to as "the equipment1°) which has a rapacity for
use in excess of the use City requires at this time, and City desires to use

processing service for Signal: Hill.
We have run Signal Hill's data processing since 9-1-72 _l �
