AGENCY STAFF hSSLSTANCS AGENCY shall assign a staff coordinator to work directly with CONTRACTOR in the performance of this Agreement. 3. TIME OF PEPEORMANCF Time is of the essence of this Agreement. The services of U-B CONTRACTOR are to commence as soon as practicable after Lhe executiun of this Agreement and all teslcs specified in Exhibit "A" shall be completed as soon as i:o,ssible after the date of this Agreement.
