(b That the City of Huntington Bench Nya resolution adopted by its City Council, at the City will assume the responsibility for maintaining and operating the remaining drainage facilities until they are no longer reasonably needed by agricult:ur4l users within the District boundaries . r (C) Than any funds an hand after the conclusion of the affairs by the Board and paying of any of its outstanding debts be turned over to t the City of Huntington Beach following approval by the Board of Supervisors or the voters if this option is selected . (d) That the personal property of the District be turned over to the City of Huntington Beach to use as they see fit in phasing out the ` drainage facilities . 1, (e) That the land of the District located on Brookhurst and south of Talbert be turned over acid deeded to the City of Fountain Valley without JI restriction as it is within the city limits of the City of Fountain Valley. M That any drainage facilities awned by the District within the boundaries of any city may, at the option of such city, exercised by a resolution adopted uy the City Council, be taken over by that affected city; to the en-tent that such facilities are taken over by other cities, the City of Huntington Beach shall have no further con- cern or responsibility.
