Projects include site • #8020481-92 reconnaissance/feasibility studies, subsurface explorations, laboratory • testing, construction quality assurance/compaction control, foundation • ICC Reinforced Concrete design, dewatering, slope stability analyses, liquefaction evaluation, #8020481-48 seismic studies, material sources evaluation, and post-construction ICC Structural Masonry monitoring. Mr. Aguirre served as an inspector on several projects, #8020481-84 providing soils inspection services. ICC Soils #8020481 Headworks Replacement P2-66 Plant#2, Huntington Beach This • Nuclear Gauge Operator project consisted of design and construction of a new underground • OSHA 10hr Training centrifuge sludge co-thickening system, replacement of the existing belt press sludge dewatering system with a centrifuge sludge • Twining Scissor Lift Operator dewatering system, and replacement of existing solids area odor • Twining Scaffold User control systems. The scope of geotechnical investigation included: • Twining Highway Worker geologic literature review, field exploration, laboratory testing, • engineering analyses and report preparation. Mr. Aguirre served as a • soils technician on this project. His responsibilities included providing • the project inspector with a daily field report of his findings, and • notifying the project manager of any irregular results. • Port of Long Beach—HD-S2259 Middle Harbor,Phase 1,Stage 1, • Long Beach During construction Phase 1 of this project the existing • Pier container terminal was renovated, Slip 3 was widened and deepened; 2 acres of Slip 1 were filled. The Phase 2 improvements • include connecting the Pier E terminal to the Pier F container terminal • by creating new land, expanding the on-dock rail yard from 10,000 • linear feet to 75,00 LF. Phase 2 will also include the creation of one • consolidated 304-acre container terminal, which includes 55 acres of • newly created land. Mr. Aguirre served as an inspector on this project. • • EXHIBIT "B" Payment Schedule (Hourly Payment) A Hourly Rate CONSULTANT'S fees for such services shall be based upon the following hourly rate
