Paragraph IV - Consultant's Compensation dated February S. 1978 is amended by deleting from line five thereof the figure "$30,00'j" and by substitutlig therefor the figure "$85,750., and by deleting from line seven thereof the figure "$5,000" and substituting therefor the figure "$3, 750"; and by deleting the fourth paragraph thereof in its entiroti. TERMINATION Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty days written notice to the other following first ninety days of `he initial Contract period. In the event of such termination by City, Consultant shall be :-ompensated for all prior services performed and expenses incurred to the date of termination less any amounts theretofore paid by City. In the event of termination by Consultant, Consultant shall be compensated for its services and expenses incurred to the date of termination is reflected in a written report prepared by Consultant addressed to the City specifying the reasons for termination and the services rendered uo to that point. Upon termination, all cc-nplete.: work shall become the property of the City. VI.
