Hartunian, Party of the Seoond Part, -{ WITNESSETH That for 'and iri 'oonsideration of the payments to be made in the manner and'at the tines hereinafter expressed, by the City of Hunt- 't irgion Beach, to the Party of the Second Pert, the Party of the Second Part agrees to, and will faithfully oolleat all trash, rubbish, peers, tree outtings, grass, cams and all otherdsbris and rubbish in the City of Huntington Beach, under the following conditions and agreements, to -wit; (a) Party of the Second Part shall at his orm expense collect, haul array and dispose of all trash, rubbish, tree cuttinga, weeds, grass, oans and all other debris and trash depositod in the lanes, alleys and streets CIA of the City of Huntington Beach, furnishing all necessary labor, tools and equipment for that purpose at his osrn expense and maintenance. (b) The Party of the Second Part agrees to collect all such rubbish and trash as above numerated, including cans and waste matter, deposited upon and along; the alleys, courts and places in Fire District- 17o. 1 of the City of Huntington Beach as delineated and defined by the 02dinancee of said City, such collections and disposal within said District to be made dully during the full period of this contract. (e) Party of the Second Part will conduct the dumping ground. pro- vided far or by him in such a manner as to not become a public nuisance, or become or remain in an unsanitary condition or unnecessarily unsight- ly or offensive. Part, and the Party of the Second. Part a6Teos to accept and re- r ceive as full and. oomplete payment and compensation for all his services hereunder and for the oomplete performanoa of this eantract the, sum of Three Hundred.
