ANALYSIS: On March 15, 1982, the City Council awarded a contract to Wakeham Con- struction for the construction of Oakview Park. The construction of this park, in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, is now complete and therefore the Community Services and Public Works Departments 'recommend acceptance of the project and request that the Notice of Com- pletion be filed by the City Clerk.
