This report would assess life -cycle costs for alter- nates utilizing fewer pumps and different engine drive - electrical motor drive arrangements. Prepare preliminary plans, specifications and estimate for Reservoir Hill Pumping Station including pumping plant, Building, street and drainage improvements, site improvements, pressure regulator station and ancilliary equipment and appurtenances sufficient in detail to allow for possible City purchase of long delivery items to the Contractor. Geotechnical and Electrical Engineering services will be provided by sub -consultants. Prepare sketches, exhibits and ancilliary background information for City use in presentation of the pro- ject for Planning Commission approval. Finalize plans, specifications and estimate for Reservoir Hill Pumping station. Provide background data and calculations as required to process plans through the Building Department for approval. Provide professional consultation as requested by the City for interpretation of plans and specifica-ions, and shop drawing review during the construction of the project.
