HURLEY CONTRACTING CORP. ot 11541 Westminster B1,�-d. - , arden Grove, California who was the company thereon for doing the following work to -wit: Realignment, reconstruction, surfacing and improvements of the following highway and streets: Warner Avenue between 1585 feet west of Algonquin Street and 655 feet east of Algonquin Street; Algonquin Street between Warne.: Avenue and Davenport Drive; Davenport Drive from Algonquin Street 280 feet westerly; and Los Patos Avenue from Warner Avenue 160 feet easterly in the City of Huntington Beach. That said work was completed by said company according to plans and.specifications and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer of the City of Huntington Beach and that said work was accepted by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of Larch, 1966 That upon said contract the Glen Falls Insurance Company was surety for the bond given by the said company as required by law.
