Wilson, City Administrator SUBJECT: Accept two resignations and approve two appointments to the Environmental Board with terms to expire June 30, 2011, as recommended by City Council liaisons, Mayor Pro Tern Jill Hardy and Councilmembers Keith Bohr and Devin Dwyer Statement of Issue: There is a need to fill two vacancies on the Environmental Board. Financial Impact: Not applicable. Recommended Action: Motion to: A) Appoint replacement members to the Environmental Board; and, B) Dave Mootchnik resigned. Kim Nicolson is the recommended replacement. The term will be from the date of Council approval to June 30, 2011; and, C) Dave Guido resigned. Jim Brown is the recommended replacement. The term will be from the date of Council approval to June 30, 2011. Ivry extensive expereince with groundwater and air quality regulations coupled with my industry experience and engineering background will allow me to provice substantive input in the valuation of environmental issues and help ensure community resources are protected.
