This proposed freeway agreement supersedes thaeeportions of the freeway agreement dated February 8, 1956, between the County of Orange and the State insofar as it pertains to the por- tion of said freeway within the present limits of the City of Huntington Beach. The freeway plan is in accordance with plans previously presented to you and understood to have your concur- rence. If this agreement meets with your approval, please arrange for its rormal execution by the City of Huntington Beach, after which please return the original and one signed counterpart to thin office together with two certified copies of the City Council's resolution authorizing execution of the agreement.
