When the ordinance recreating the miscellaneous. Council-appointed
boards and committees was sent to Council on June 4, 1979 (RCA 79-54 ) ,
we noted that 'the Equal Employment Opportunity Board was not included
and requested Council direction as to whether that board should be
continued. Council did not' direct its inclusion in the other ordinance
'.(No. 2385) ,which ,was approved. Thus, the Equal Employment Opportunity
