RECOMMENDATION: Approve the plans/specifications and authorize the Director of Public Works to solicit bids for construction. ANALYSIS: On November 21, 1903, the City Council selected the firm of Van Dell & Associates to prepare plans/specifications and a cost estimate for the Koledo Lane Demonstration Project. The final plans/specifications and cost estimate are complete and have been reviewed and approved by City staff. Therefore, the Director of Public Works requests Council approval of these final drawings and an authorization to solicit bids for construction.
