GEORGES: Informed staff that there is a new requirenent'that a notice shall be filed with the'secretary of state any time a city is party to a joint powers agreement, and if the city falls SO t0 do, all members lose powers granted under such agreement. This will be applied retroactively. Mr. Georges was directed to get a complete list from the city clerk of all joint powers agree- ments to which the city is a party. Mr. Georges also to draft a form for the City Attorney's review for clerk's use to comvlet as many forms as necessary for forwarding in¢ to secretary _otate, copies to this office and City Administrator.
