ANALYSIS: Conrad and Associates has completed design of an 817 space parking structure including approximately 321D00 square feet of retail area. The structure will be located on the downtown block bounded by Main Street] Olive Avenue, 'third Street and Walnut. Avenue. The construction period is estimated to be 14 months during which time there will be a need for full-time on -site contract management and inspection.
