Equestrian Centex 4C 53 3 Statement of Issue, Fecommendation,Analysis,Funding Source.,Alternative Actions,Attachments: STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Southern California Edison Company has requested that the City grant a utility easement on a portion of Central Park at the Equestrian Center. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the granting of an easement and authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to exectite 'the agreement. ANAT,YSIS: The installation and maintenance of electrical service for the on-site development of the Equestrian Center at Central Park is contingent upon the City granting a utility easement. Staff has examined the easement doctunents and concurs with the request; therefore, the Director of Public Works recommends granting the easement. FUNDING SOURCE: Not applicable.
