Subject: License Agreement
Gentlemen:
Transmitted herewith is a license agreement covering
a water pipeline across Edison Company property. The pipe-
line is part of the ;system recently taken over from the
Talbert Water District. The cost of the license is $500.00
per year.
It is recommended that your Honorable Body approve
the agreement and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute same.
