Belsito, City Council Nembers City Administrator SL+b)ect FINAL, BUDGET RESOLUTION Date November 17, 1977 FISCAL, YEAR 1977/78 (RESOLUTION No. 4557) The final budget for Fiscal Year 1977/78 totals $51 ,649,nl2. This includes $30, 976,571 for the General Fund (including trans- fers) and $20,672,441 for Other Fund expenses. Adoption of the final budget resolution for FY 77/7b was delayed pending the reinstatement of $100, 000 to selected activities per Council direction. That direction was given at the Council/Staff Retreat at the Huntington Beach Inn, November 4 , 1977 . At that time, it was agreed that the $100, 000 should be appropriated for construc- tion of the Warner Fire Station and related dock facilities. The final budget for FY 77/78 is $1,418,425 higher than the budget adopted on June 20, 1977. This consists of, :1) $1,4000000 in additional park development costa from unappropriated Park Fund balance;, 2) $33,971 for Water Department salary adjustments, 3) $14,5S4 for Capital Outlay expenses under Other Funds , and 4) a $100 increase in transfers to the General Fund from the Utility Tax (a mathematical correction) . The General Fund budget, including transfers , totals $30, 976, 571. This amount is identical to the General Fiend budget adopted on June 20, 1977. Minimal adjustments in departmental budgets are the result of final salary adjustments, personnel transfers, and budget corrections.
