& Parks Committee for study and report.
Patrolman Robert On motion by Bryant seconded by
Williams to attend
Institute at Fresno Waite in,accordance with the requ
of -the Chief of Police to send Officer Robert Williams to the
California Check;Investigators Association 6th Annual Trainin
Institute to be held at_Fresno on April 15th, 16th, and 17th
and authorize the necessary and reasonable registration,
travel and lodging expense, be approved. Mlotion carried.

employment to conform to personnel appointment requirements,

Red Geranium - On motion by Bryant seconded by

Flower Lambert in accordance with the
• request and the action of the Huntington Beach Chamber of
Commerce Board of Directors that the Huntington Beach City '}a
Council'a.dopt officially the Red Geranium to become the
official City flower, be approved. Motion carried.
