HomeMy WebLinkAboutGreen, Cathy - 2011 FPPC Campaign Disclosure Forms - SuccessJuly 25, 2011 Cathy, Thank you for taking time to drop off your FPPC forms to our office on Friday, July 22. 1 contacted the FPPC today to see if the 460 filing you submitted marked "Amendment" and "Termination 7-20-2011" would satisfy your filing requirements in exchange for receipt of a missing semi-annual filing for 7-01-10 through 12-31-10, and the 1-01-11 through 6-30-11 filing due to our office on August 1. 1 explained that you had not activity during the timeframe indicated, and that you were filing a 410 Termination with the Secretary of State. The FPPC explained that since your 410 Termination was not filed with the SOS until July 2011, you are obligated to report activity between your last filing and now and recommended that you resubmit the form as is, with "type of statement" marked as you did (Semi -Annual, Amendment and Termination), but the "Statement Covers Period" marked 4424Othrough June 30,2A11 I hope that this makes sense. Call me if you have questions at 714-536-5405. Thank you! Ro 'n c: Joan Flynn Campaign Disclosure Statement Type or print in ink. Amounts may be rounded Summary Page to whole dollars.
