Hi Hank,
The City Clerk has completed her review of pre -election statements filed in Huntington Beach on October 5,
2010 and requests that you file a 460 Amendment for John Von Holle that corrects the following identified
errors:
Schedule A, Page 4: The $4,000 contribution made by you must be reported on Schedule B (Loans Received,
missing from your report), and also affects the Summary Page (Line 2 Loans Received currently indicates "O")
Schedule A, Page 5: Include name of business for Ali
Schedule A, Page 6: Include name of business for Maniaci
Schedule A, Page 7: Include name of business for Thomas
The FPPC was consulted and confirmed that a business name must be identified for self-employed individuals.

Also, we have yet to receive John's 2nd 460 pre -election statement that was due to our office on October 21
