The Fair Political Practices Commission ("Commission") enforces the provisions
of the Political Reform Act (the "Act").' On June 18, 2012, the Commission
administratively terminated the committee listed above after following the procedures
outlined in Regulation 18404.2. As of this date, you may permanently close your records
on these committees and note in your records that these committees were administratively
terminated by the Commission. If, however, in the future, these committees become

John,
There have been numerous communications between the Clerk's Office and you regarding
resolving issues related to your campaign reporting. At this time, there has been no resolution,
and unfortunately, 1 am obligated to refer non-compliance items to the California Fair Political
Practices Commission for enforcement. In order to avoid doing that John, I'll need you to
correct/complete your outstanding items within the next 30 dIs. Please submit your delinquent
reports and obtain a Committee ID number by September 23 . Call me directly if you want to
