However, based on newly released funding criteria 50% of the funds would be disbursed to projects within the 6 mile radius surrounding the AES plant while the other 50% would be disbursed in areas that are considered Environmental justice communities. o The AQMD is set to review this criteria at the Mobile Source Reduction Committee on November 20t" and the Governing Board will review and vote on the proposed criteria at their December 4t" Board Meeting.
