Responsibilities include investment management of all City funds (including pooled funds, bond reserve investments and trust funds), in addition to the funds of the .point powers Authorities, for which the City is administrator. Through prudent fiscal investment management, the City Treasurer ensures the City's cash liquidity needs are met and principal is preserved. Investments are consistently analyzed and reviewed for compliance with the City's approved Investment Policy and State statutes and regulations. SELECT ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDE. Obtained the California Municipal Treasurers Association's Certified California Municipal Treasurer (CCMT) professional designation.
