Trust hereinafter referred to, having received from holder of the obligations thereunder written request to
reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by said Deed of Trust have been fully paid, and said Deed'of Trust
and the note or notes secured thereby having been surrendered to said Trustee for cancellation, does hereby
RECONVEY, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by it
thereunder.
Said Deed of Trust was executed by Christopher Hocker and Gayle Vandereb, Trustor, and recorded in the
official records of Orange County, California, on March 6.1995 AS INSTRUMENT NO: 954091743.

An undivided one twenty second (1/22) fee simple interest as a tenant in common in and to all of the Common.
Area defined in Declaration referred to below and describe din the Condominium Plan ("Plan") for Lot 1 of Tract
No. 14828, which Plan was recorded on August 25, 1994 as Instrument no. 94-0525335 of Official Records of
Orange Countygver'Cot 1 of Tract No. 14828, in the City of Huntington. Beach, County of Orange, State of
