The Metropolitan Water district of Southern California has revised its annual statement of change of boundaries in such a manner that it is no longer necessary for your City --to provide information regarding boundary changes unles,s your City should wish to declare all or a stated`ipercentage of Metropolitan's.taxes out ,of its funds,,'pursuant to Chapter 2, Part 6 of the Metropolitan Water, District Aet'(Stats. 1969, Chapter 209, as amended) or unleso a change in boundariey'should result in a portion of your City lying outside the boundaries of Metropolitan.
