That on the 14th day of December, 1945, ursuant to the provisions,of Section 9 of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 19390 (Act 5162 of Deering's General Laws), there was Piled in my office: A copy of Ordinance No. 488 as passed by the City Council of the CITY OF HUN'TINGTON BEACH on the 17th day of September, 1945, duly certi- fied by the City Clerk of said City. I further certify the said Ordinance set forth approval by the said City Council of the annexation to the City of Huntington Beach of uninhabited territory therein described.
