Carrier & At"--, denied the claim by Mr. Dilena and referred it to the City Attorney and the Cityes insurance carried. Motion carried. David Baker Under oral communications . David L. Baker, Sti rvigor 2nd Dist. Supervisor of the Second Supervisorial District, addressed the Council to di._cuss various pro- jects in wbieb the City and Count; jointly wre interested. ®QV. Fire Sta. Sale Mr. Baker informed the Council that they felt � a®. � ..�® the ®cease View Fire Station could be sold to the City sometime within the next year. Adm. & Fire Chief to on motion by Stet, seconded by Welch, this Negotiate With F.VS matter was referred to the A41ministrator and Fire Chief together with Councilmen Stewart and Gisler to negotiate witb the City of Grange and the City of Founntafn Valley for the providing of Fire services to that City, in order to purchase the Ocean View Fire Station.
