Dear Mr. Jones:
We have received from the Board' s Valuation Division
two maps of the above-noted annexations which were furnished
by your city. Upon reviewing the maps, it is noted that 'the
street address numbers are missing and no list of numbers
was included.
We would appreciate it if you would furnish us with
the above information. In case the land is undeveloped
and no numbers have been assigned, then a statement to that
effect would be adequate until the area is developed.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Re : Huntington Harbour Corporation property
Dear Jim:
As you know, there are two parcels of property
owned by Huntington Harbour Corporation which are not
within the City limits of Huntington Beach . One is a
small triangular parcel at Algonquin and Los Patos and
the other parcel is the property which Huntington
Harbour acquired from Sunset Land and Water Company.
I think that you and other City officials
have felt that these properties should be brought
into the City of Huntington Beach as soon as reason-
ably possible to prevent possible problems arising
from annexations by adjoining cities . Huntington
Harbour is willing that these properties be annexed
and since they are uninhabited, it would appear that
the simplest procedure would be for the City to
commence annexation proceedings on its own motion.
If it is preferred that they be initiated on petition
of Huntington Harbour, we will be ,glad to file petition
for same if you will furnish us with proper description
and maps to be used for annexation purposes . So far
as I can see, it will take two separate annexations
since the properties are not contiguous .
Will you let me know your desires in this
matter.
Very truly yours,
