The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California has revised its annual statement of change of boundaries in such a manner that it is no longer necessary for your City to provide information regarding boundary changes unless your City should wish to declare all or a stated percentage of Metropolitan's taxes out of its funds, pursuant to Chapter 2, Part 6 of the Metropolitan Water District Act (Stats. 1969, Chapter 209, as amended) or unless a change in boundaries should result in a portion of your City lying outside the boundaries of Metropolitan.
