That by said proceedings said City annexed the territory referred to in that certain certified copy of' said Ordinance No. 926 and a map delineating said boundary which Ordinance and map are annexed hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. The boundary description of 'said annexed area is set forth in Ordinance No. 926. That all requirements of the laws relating to such pro- ceedings have been complied with.
