Streetlight retrofit and acquisition

Dear City Council
Today's study session includes overview of existing streetlight retrofit and acquisition. This is a NO-BRAINER. It provides
savings to our city and cleaner air to our planet. Please vote YES. I ask you also include a streetlight removal or reduction
petition. Like a city tree petition a neighborhood majority can agree lights aren't necessary or a reduction in lights can be
made to their area.
2. Staff will present Council with an overview of the existing streetlight retrofit
program, Southern California Edison (SCE) rates and expenditures, and the
acquisition and retrofit of SCE owned streetlights
