RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission and staff recommends that the City Council uphold the Planning Commission's denial of Conditional Use Permit No. 81-8, Tentative Tract No. 11417 and Tentative Parcel Map No. 82-552. Mundy Drive Los Angeles, California 90066 APEE.LLANT: Same LOCATION: 41.7 acre parcel of land located on the south side of clay Avenue between Huntington and Main Streets. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION QF MARCH 2, 1982: A MOTION WAS MADE BY BANNISTER PND SECONDED BY SCHUMACHER THAT CON- DITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 81-.8, TENTATIVE TRACT 00. 11417 AND TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 82-552 HE DENIED WITH THE FOLLOWING FINDINGS, AND BY TSE FOLLOWING VOTE:
