'Codf��'Eor"" Tentative Tract No 5385. The property involved is located at the northeast corner of Cannary Street and Adams Avenue in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District. 40 The applicant has requested that he be allowed to create ten lots within this subdivision technically without street frontage.
