Herewith is the City Planning Commission recommndation for approval {

involving exceptions to the Huntington Baac�i "Ori'iuncr. 'Codf��'Eor""
Tentative Tract No 5385.
The property involved is located at the northeast corner of Cannary
Street and Adams Avenue in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District. 40
The applicant has requested that he be allowed to create ten lots
within this subdivision technically without street frontage. The
lots will be used for co=nercial buildings with the adjoining
parking lot under common ownership.
