According -to this request, the Planning Commission. reconsidered their action to deny the tenta- tive map, however, upon the advice of the City Attorney's Office, no consideration was given to the conditional exception. Recon- sideration of the tentative map was based .on the fact that the applicant made minor modifications in the lot sizes and agreed Uo comply -with the conditions of approval auggested by ;;he Subdivision Committee . The change resulted in the lot size being increased from 35 ft. in width to 40 ft. This results in lot sizes that average 40 ft. x 135 ft. (5400 sq. ft. ). The net usable area is 40 ft. x 92 ft.
