The property is situated on the vast side of Arookhurat St. , 150 ft., north of Adams Ave. in the C2 Coaamnity Ausiness P/istrict: 2. The sign will advertise a Ralphln Food Store whio,h is pres%ntly under construction in the Grant 's Shopping Plaza located at the northwest coz-aer of Adawi Ave. anr.1 Brookhurst aL, and is situated an approxinataiy 10.5 acres of land. 3. This application is before the Planning Commission because of an appeal to the board of Zoning Adjustments decision to deny the rPr�ueat. 4. The applicant has requested permission to construct a free-standing pylon sign having as area of 335 sq . ft. Which will front on _ I? Brookhuret ct. This sign will be in addition to an existing aign fronting on ftookhurst St. having an area of 268 sq,. ft. The property upon which the sign will be located has 307 ft . of front- ages an Brookhurat St. permitting a total sign area of 307 aq. ft.
