There has been no production since Januo . 1968.. Io November 1969 Mrs. Lansdale attempted to start the well and was told that to restart the well would vequire a conditional exception becAuse the property was no longer zoned for oil. November 18, 1969 Mrs. Lansdale' s conditional exceptiot, was approved by the Planning Corxnission, %:ith conditions, by a tote of 4 to 30 although after the vote several or the Commissioners stated that they were not aware that the property was not zoned for oil, On No etrber 21, 1969 the decision was appealed by Hayor Green end was set for a hearing December 15, 1969.
