I was unable to speak in defense of the program at the hearing because of circumstances beyond my control on way to gearing and also a communication error between aPficee of City and our office regarding time and placement of our issue on Addends. j i I have items to be discussed and exhibits to present that the Council should hear before canting into stone the decision o: June 16, 1970. Any destructive occurance would require that the proposed frame and stucco wall would: have to be rebuilt of masonry materials .
