WILLIAMS DATED: June 16, 1970 Gentlemen of the Council: I hereby appeal the Planning Commission's decision, granting Conditional Exception 070-331 granted on June 3G, 1970, on behalf of my client, Bruce Greer, Joining Property Ownor, 18792 Stewart Avenue, Huntington Beach, California, on the following grounds: 1. That the granting violated numerous City Ordinances. In particular, a few of the violations are of Sections under. Article 983. That there was a further violation of Code Section 4243.1. 2. Further, that the proceedings were held in viaiation of proper notice according to City Ordinance Article 987. 3. in addition, the finding of fact: of the Staff Report was incorrect as to fact 42, #3, and i#4.
