That the granting violated numerous City Ordinances. In particular, a few of the violations are of Sections under. Article 983. That there was a further violation of Code Section 4243.1. 2. Further, that the proceedings were held in viaiation of proper notice according to City Ordinance Article 987. 3. in addition, the finding of fact: of the Staff Report was incorrect as to fact 42, #3, and i#4.
