TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
FROM: Planning Commission
SUBJECT: Conditional Exception No. 70-43
The Planning Commission at their August 18, 1970,
meeting, approve:: a request filed by Mr. and Mrs. Richard
P. Luke to permit the care of three handicapped children
in their single family residence. Mr. Luke also requested
a refund of the 47.5.00 filing fee. Althnugh the Planning
Commission concurred, they could not approve the request
because they did not have the authority. Therefore, the
Planning Commissict, unanimously recommends that the City Council
authorize the refund of the $75.00 filing fee to the
appli -it.
