Nih September 2, 1970 TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL FROM: Planning Commission SUBJECT: Conditional Exception No. 70-43 The Planning Commission at their August 18, 1970, meeting, approve:: a request filed by Mr. and Mrs. Richard P. Luke to permit the care of three handicapped children in their single family residence. Mr. Luke also requested a refund of the 47.5.00 filing fee. Althnugh the Planning Commission concurred, they could not approve the request because they did not have the authority.
