Box too September 2, 1910 TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL FROM: Planning Commission SUBJECT: Conditionl`a1 Exception No. 70-43 The Planning Commission at their August 18, 1570, Meeting, approved a request filed by Mr. and Mrs, Richard P. Luke to permit the care of three handicapped children in their single family residence. Mr. Luke also requested a refund of the $75.00 filing fee. Although the Manning Commission concurred, they could not approve the ;request because they,did not have the authority. Therefore, the Planning Commission unanimously recommends that the City Council authorize the refund of the $75.00 filing fee to the applicant. Respectfully submitted, 2L ichard A.
