The Hoard rf Zoning Adjustments originally reviewed Conditional Exception 71 - 101 at their December 29 , 1971 meeting and approved the request . Pursuant to Section 9815 the Hoard ' s decision was reviewed by the Planning Ommission on February 1 , 1972 at which time the Commission affirmed the Board ' s decision . The Planning Commission ' s decision has been appealed by Mr . Leo Linden, a'wtting property owner . �Vplicant : J . M . C . C . E. Request : To allow the southeast corner of a garage to encroach 2 ft . into the required 5 ft . side yard setback .
