The Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit No. 06-26 at a reconsideration hearing on March 27, 2007 with modified conditions of approval. The appeal period for this action expired April 6, 2007 with no appeals filed. The March 27, 2007 Planning Commission decision is therefore final. Subsequent to this action, a member of the Planning Commission has filed a request for reconsideration by the Planning Commission, for the purpose of clarifying a condition of approval requiring a 42-inch tall fence.
