The policy shall insure the City, its officers and employees while acting 'within the scope of their duties, against all claLum arising out of or in connection with the work to Le performed. The policy shall provide for not less than the following amounts: Bodily Injury $1,000,000 Aggregate Property Damage Such policy shall provide coverage at leas: as broad as that provided in the Standard corm approved by the National Bureau of Casualty Underwirters together with such endorsements as are required to cover the risks involved. The Subdivider shall arr:age for the policies to be so conditloned •d to cover the performance of extra or unforeseen wor%9 sliould such work become accesaery. Prior to the recordation of the Final Tract Map, evidence of insurance shall be furnished in a form satisfactory to the City. In addition, the Su.bdlvider shall fuz.vish evidence of a comeaitment by the insurance company- to notify t`h• City of the expiration or cancellation of any of the insurance policies required hereunder not lees than 30 days before each expiration or cancellation is tffe;tive. 6.
