RECOMMENDATIONS s 1. Approve the map pursuant to the findings as stipulated by the I Planning Commission in its approval of the tentative map. 2. Instruct the City Clerk to not hffi.x her signature to the maps nor release them for preliminary processing by the � County of Orange or for recordation until the following conditions have been complied with: a. The f1nal snaps shall be recorded prior to the expiration of Tentative Tract No. 11955 on June 7, 1985. b. Conditions, covenants and restrictions shall be reviewed and approved by the Department of Development Services and the City Attorney' s office prior to recordation of the final snap. C. park and Recreation fees for said tracts shall be the responsibility of the Huntington Beach Redevelopment Agency as outlined in the development agreement fcr the Beach-Talbert Project.
