If coverage is provided undet a form which includes a designated general aggregate limit, such limit shall be no i less than twice the per occurrence limit . In the event of aggregate coverage, SUBDIVIDER shall immediately notify CITY of any known depletion of limits. Such policy shall provide coverage at leant as broad as that provided in the Standard Form approved by the National Bureau of Casualty Un.:erwritets, togather with such endorsements as are requi.:ed to cover the risks involved. SUBDIVIDER shall arrange for the policy to be so conditioned as to cover the performance of extra or unforeseen work, :should such work become necessary. A certificate of insurance shall be furnished by the insurance carrier to the CITY !ipon execution of this agreement by SUBDIVIDER.
